How does the powerKIT bundle discount work?

What is the pause billing feature?
Pro monthly and annual subscribers can pause their billing for up to 1 month per calendar year. Your data and Pro access remain active during the pause. Pause must be initiated at least 48 hours before the next renewal date.
What does Pro Lifetime include?
A one-time payment of $229 gives you permanent access to all current Pro features plus all future Pro updates. No subscription, ever.
How does Team pricing work?
Team plans are priced per seat with a minimum of 3 seats. All seats get full Pro-level access plus team features like shared fixture libraries and centralized billing.
Is there a Lifetime option for Team?
Not at this time. Team plans are available on monthly or annual billing only.
Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings › Account & Billing. You keep access until the end of your billing period. Downgrading to Free preserves all your data in read-only mode.
Do I need an account for the free plan?
No. The free check-off tool runs without an account. Create one when you're ready to upgrade or sync across devices.
What is DMX-512A?
DMX-512A (ANSI E1.11-2008) is the industry standard for controlling lighting fixtures. It uses universes of 512 channels, each assigned to a specific fixture function. patchIT helps you assign channels without conflicts.
